Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement solennel voulait souligner la m\u00e9moire des h\u00e9ros du Sud Vietnam, morts durant la guerre du Vietnam qui opposa le Nord et le Sud de 1954 \u00e0 1975.<\/p>\n<p><img height=\"107\" \/>Me Lam Chan Tho, pour sa part, a relat\u00e9 les tristes circonstances de cette date\u00a0 pour le Sud-Vietnam rappelant l\u2019entr\u00e9e des troupes du Nord-Vietnam et du Vi\u00eat-Cong\u00a0\u00a0 dans Sa\u00efgon, avec les cons\u00e9quences sur la d\u00e9mocratie et le respect des droits humains au Vietnam. R\u00e9unification pour certains, occupation pour d\u2019autres, la chute de Sa\u00efgon mettait un terme \u00e0 une longue guerre conduisant, 14 mois plus tard, \u00e0 la r\u00e9unification, par la force, du pays.
