Il s\u2019intitule alors \u00ab\u00a0loi de finances pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u2026 (2019 dans notre exemple)\u00a0\u00bb, qui autorise le gouvernement \u00e0 pr\u00e9lever les imp\u00f4ts et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les d\u00e9penses de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019. Ce document officiel assez volumineux est disponible en acc\u00e8s libre sur le site de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dans la loi de finances, un article s\u2019intitule \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quilibre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du budget\u00a0\u00bb et donne sous forme de tableau la synth\u00e8se des imp\u00f4ts et d\u00e9penses autoris\u00e9s. Il fait notamment appara\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les recettes (imp\u00f4ts essentiellement) et les d\u00e9penses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Chaque ann\u00e9e, au mois de mai, le Cour des Comptes remet un rapport sur l\u2019ex\u00e9cution budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (mai 2018 pour le budget 2017). Rapport en acc\u00e8s libre sur le site de la cour des comptes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Depuis maintenant une quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9e, les d\u00e9penses sont syst\u00e9matiquement sup\u00e9rieures aux recettes ce qui d\u00e9termine le d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire, d\u00e9ficit financ\u00e9 par l\u2019emprunt. L\u2019accumulation de ces emprunts constitue la dette de la France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les hommes politiques pour faire face \u00e0 cette situation qu\u2019ils jugent \u00ab\u00a0grave\u00a0\u00bb demandent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des efforts aux Fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A l\u2019examen des lois de finances entre 2012 et 2019 (en int\u00e9grant le projet de loi de finances 2019), il appara\u00eet que pour cette raison, les imp\u00f4ts sont augment\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e. Les Fran\u00e7ais fournissent donc les efforts demand\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mais h\u00e9las, les d\u00e9penses augmentent en m\u00eame temps que les recettes, et parfois plus vite que celles-ci. (Les chiffres ci-dessous sont extraits des articles \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quilibre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du budget\u00a0\u00bb et des rapports de la cour des compte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Constat\u00a0: Toujours plus d\u2019imp\u00f4t (+ 55 milliards entre 2012 et 2019) pour toujours plus de d\u00e9penses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ces chiffres
